The Royal Botanical Gardens is located at Godawari at the base of Mount Phulchoki. This mount Phulchoki is located at an altitude of 2715 m. The garden covers an area of 82 hectares. This botanical garden is surrounded by evergreen and dense forests. This garden was opened by King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. It was opened in 1962. It has a wide variety of over 500 species of plants. It is the only botanical garden in Nepal. Some of the important attractions to visit here are greenhouses, rhododendrons collections and varieties, attractive and decorated Coronation Pond, lilies, visitor center, orchids, ferns, cactus, etc. 

This botanical garden is usually visited during its flowering seasons of spring and autumn. One of the famous tourist attractions found near this botanical garden is Godavari Spring. It is located at a distance of 200 m from the botanical gardens. This freshwater spring has a historical myth behind it. It is believed that this fountain was created by Buddhist Mystic Padmasambhava. This spring is listed as one of the frequently visited Buddhist pilgrimage sites in India.

Cancellation Policy :
• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the visit, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the visit, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the visit, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy :
•The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days
