The temples stay open from 4:00 A.M. in the morning to 7:00 P.M. in the evening. The entire day, rituals keep happening at the sacred temples while visitors are allowed to bathe themselves in the holiness of the religious site. At 4:00 A.M. sharp, the west gates are opened for the visitors to enter the premises. Further, the Pujaris bathe and change the dresses and jewelry of the idols. From 10:00 A.M. to 1:45 P.M. the devotees who want to hold a Puja can do so.
The highlight of the day is the grand aarti that is hosted at the banks of Bagmati which follows the aarti at the main Pashupati temple. A large crowd gathers for the evening Ganga aarti at the banks which becomes larger on special days and festivals.

Cancellation Policy :
• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the visit, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the visit, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the visit, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
