Mahabalipuram was formerly known as Mamallapuram. It was ruled by Pallavas. This region is widely known for its historical background among the natives as well as tourists. Most of the temples in Mahabalipuram were built during the reign of Narasimha Varman I and Narashina Varman II.

Mahabalipuram is filled with temples, rock carvings, sculptures, etc. Majority of ancient people worshipped and were devotees of Lord Shiva. This is why a large number of monuments that resemble and are related to Lord Shiva can be found here. Mahabalipuram is usually is hot and sultry in almost all days of the year. This place is usually visited in the month of October to March. Tourists and natives are advised to avoid visiting Mahabalipuram in the Monsoon season. This is because the sea here is usually rough in Monsoon season with storms and rains. Cancellation Policy:
• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the visit, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the visit, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the visit, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy:
