The Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary located in Darjeeling offers amazing scenery and a variety of flora and fauna. The highly populated animals are Tigers, Elephants, Bison, and Leopards. The Japanese Peace Pagoda showcases the Maitreya Buddha and the other three avatars of Lord Buddha. Gangtok is open to people of all religions and races for the purpose of spreading peace in the world. This Pagoda was built by a Japanese monk Nichidatsu Fujii. It took him 20 years to build this Pagoda.
