En route visit Sarnath, where you can visit a museum which has artifacts from 300 - 400 BC and then you can visit the Dhammek Stupa and finally attend the evening prayers at the Sri Lankan Temple. Early morning visit the sacred river Ganges before sunrise, to see how the Hindus of Varanasi pray to the rising Sun and then pray to the river Ganges. After a leisurely breakfast sightseeing tour of New Delhi where ornate buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of the British Empire. Visit the 11th century Qutab Minar, India Gate and the grand government buildings, the President’s House, Red fort, Mahatama Gandhi Memorial, also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly known as Birla Temple. In time transfer to airport to board flight for onward destination.
