The city of Kuala Lumpur boasts of a vibrant city life and an extremely colourful nightlife. The city tour of Kuala Lumpur also takes tourists to Genting Highlands. It is one of the most widely sought after hill resorts that is ideal for backpackers and hikers. The Genting Highlands tour is undoubtedly the highlight of this amazing tour package. The resort also offers some absolutely breathtaking views of the surrounding vast green expanses. The tourists can take the skyway cable car above the highlands to soak in some stunning views of the Genting. The Batu Caves tour takes you to the ancient Hindu cave temple set in the limestone quarry on the outskirts of the city. 

Itinerary


Day 01: Arrival

Upon arrival, you will be met and transfer to the hotel. Free at leisure after check-in. In the evening, proceed for a tour which introduces you to the Malaysian way of life. A harmonious mingling of the different races, cultures and religions while experience Kuala Lumpur at dusk. Among the highlights of the tour are Sri Mahamariamman Temple, The Open-Air Bazaar of Chinatown and Sri Melayu Buffet and Cultural Show. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: In Kuala Lumpur

After breakfast, proceed to the KL City OR Countryside. (Choose 1 of the 2 options)

OPTION 1 > City Tour (3.5 Hours) Despite the fast-paced development, Kuala Lumpur (KL) has managed to draw a fine balance of multi-storied buildings, skyscrapers and historical sites amidst lush greenery. The garden city image of KL during the city tour can prove to be extremely fascinating. Among the highlights of the tour are The National Monument, The King’s Palace, The National Museum, The National Mosque, The Independence Square, The Sultan Abdul Samad Building, The Petronas Twin Towers and The OE Fine Jewellery Showroom.

OPTION 2 > Countryside Tour (3.5 Hours) This tour will provide you with the opportunity to observe the lifestyle of the rural folks. You will also encounter the wonders of Batu Caves, famous for its celebrated limestone cave temple. There will also be an unforgettable visit to the world’s largest pewter factory. Among the highlights of the tour are The Ambassadors Row, Batik Factory, Batu Caves and Royal Selangor Pewter Factory.

Day 03: In Kuala Lumpur 

After breakfast, proceed for (Choose 1 of the 3 Options)

OPTION 1: Genting Highlands include cable car (approx. 8 Hours):- Includes cable car ride / Excludes entrance fee Escape from the city heat and head on to the only highland resort & theme park entertainment in Malaysia, Genting Highlands. It’s situated 2000 meters above sea level & is tagged 'City of Entertainment' due to its range of entertainment. Among the highlights of the tour are Attractions Unique Experiences (Genting Sky Venture, X-pedition Wall) & Genting Highland Premium Outlet (GHPO) and Genting International Casinos. *All aged below 21 years are restricted from entering the casino.

OPTION 2: Sunway Lagoon Theme Park (approx. 8 Hours):- Includes 6 parks rides; Water Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, Scream Park, Nickelodeon & Amusement Park ticket). Thrills and spills await you at every corner. Sunway Lagoon is separated into Six themed lands, each boasting their own exciting attractions. Find entertainment, adventure and excitement all in one place. Theme Park closed on Tuesday except during Malaysia & Singapore School Holidays & Malaysia Public Holidays.

OPTION 3: Historical Malacca Tour with Lunch (approx. 8 Hours):- Includes Lunch Depart Kuala Lumpur at 9:30 a.m. With a short refreshment stop in between, we arrive in Melaka in about 2 1/2 Hours. On arrival, visit St. Peter's Church (1710) - the oldest Christian Church still in use in Malaysia. Drive past the largest 17th-century Chinese cemetery outside of China, located at Bukit China or Chinese Hill. Stop at the foothill to view the Sultan's Well before driving through the Portuguese Settlement. Proceed to view the Famous gateway "Porta De Santiago" and the ruins of St. Paul's Church lined by 17th-century Dutch tombstones. Next on the list is "Red Square" - the salmon pink Dutch administrative building which today houses the Melaka Museum and some other government offices. Visit Christ Church before proceeding for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we visit the "Adobe of the Green Merciful Clouds" or the Cheng Hoon Teng Temple - the only temple where you can find 3 major doctrines of local Chinese belief under the same roof, viz: Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism. Take a stroll along Melaka's "antique street" which ends by the banks of the Melaka Rivers.

Day 04: Departure

After breakfast, free at leisure until your departure transfer to the airport.
