The beauty of Myanmar is unmatchable and by the dent of this, the country has carved a niche for itself in the South-east Asian tourism. The plains of Bagan and the waters of Inle have drawn visitors in large numbers.

Myanmar tour packages will begin with the visit of the capital city called Yangon. The city boasts a gilt Buddhist Pagodas, huge edifices, and plush British architecture. The city is noted for its Shwedagon Paya Pagoda which lures thousands of pilgrims every year. Botataung and Sule pagodas are other sites which are famous for housing Buddhist relics. You will also visit Bagan which is an ancient city of Myanmar, known for its beautiful temples and a riverside Bagan Archaeological Museum. Ananda Temple, Dhammayangyi Temple, Gawdawpalin Temple, Popa Mountain National Park, and Sulamani Temple among others are some of its major attractions.

Itinerary


Day 01: Arrival Yangon

Arrival Yangon by international flight. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.  Upon arrival, Visit reclining Buddha at ChaukHtatGyi Pagoda, is almost as large as the enormous figure in Bago Shwethalyaung. Evening visit Shwedagon Pagoda rises 326ft (99.3m) above its base. Erected more than 2500 years ago and enshrining eight hairs of Buddha placed in a treasure chamber deep under its base. It is the highest symbol of the people's devotion to Buddha. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 02: Yangon- Bagan

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport and depart for Bagan by scheduled flight. Arrival Bagan, it is on the banks of the Ayerwa ddy River is home to the largest area of Buddhist temples, p agodas, stupas and ruins in the world, many dating to the 11th and 12th century. The shape and construction of each building is highly significant i n Buddhism with each component part taking on spiritual meaning.  Start for highlight sightseeing in Bagan with colorful Nyaung Oo Local market.  Choice will be made out of the 2800 pagodas and temples to visit the most interesting ones in Bagan: In the evening, panorama Sunset view by sunset Boat in Ayeyarwaddy River. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 03: Bagan – Mt. Popa - Bagan

Breakfast at hotel.  Start for trip to Mt. Popa about 30 miles (50km) from Bagan.  On the way stop to see skillful toddy-palm climber collecting the wine on top of the tree, toddy palm juice & palm sugar (jaggery) making cottage. Taste this Burmese can dy of Myanmar village life. By chance, you can see making oil from peanut and sesame seeds by rotating the cows to mortar and pestle in traditional way. 

Popa Taung Kalut is 2417ft (737m) standing apart from higher forested mountain, looks like a tower. The mountain was shaped out of a volcano that may have erupted some 250000 years ago. The 25 minutes climb steep and stiff. It gets cooler as you get higher and views are fantastic.  Then return back to Bagan and relax. In the evening, enjoy horse cart or bike ride among majestic temples of Bagan. The day is always finished off by going to one of the larger temples to get an incredible sunset view of the entire area; a truly magical experience Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 04: Bagan - Yangon

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport and depart for Yangon by scheduled flight.  Take and short drive to the city center and photo stop around Mahabandoola Park, Mayor’s Hall and old colonial districts of Yangon. Afternoon visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott Market) closed on Every Monday and gazette holidays. And Yangon’s busiest China Town and observes the ways of living of Burmese people in their daily life. Back to hotel and Overnight Yangon.

Day 05: Depart Yangon

Breakfast at the hotel. Free relax and leisure till departure. Transfer to the airport to board the flight.
